I love to eat crabs, but I had never eaten one quite like this one at R&G Lounge on Kearny Street in San Francisco’s Chinatown. Chopped up, battered and fried, this bundle of joy weighed in at around two pounds. A touch greasy and a bit messy to eat, it was a load of fun to crack open, dig into and scoop out. The meat was sweet, juicy and soooo good, but my favorite part was the batter coated innards lining the top shell. This was the only dish I had there, but it was fully satisfying. Next time, I’ll try a few other dishes that looked equally delicious.
